Does our current political climate have you all tied up in knots? Maybe you feel like you want to do something and aren't sure what to do or where to start. Maybe there's an issue you're super passionate about and you are afraid your voice won't be heard. Whether you just started paying attention to politics or you've been marching since the '60s, Let's Fix This wants to help you get more involved in our state government.

Let's Fix This is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that educates and equips Oklahomans to better engage with their government. We value people over political parties - after all, we're all in this together, and this republic was founded by a bunch of regular folks who most certainly didn't see eye to eye on every issue. But they agreed that democracy is not a spectator sport, and it works best when the people are involved. Somehow along the way, people forgot that. And now we want to help bring that back.

We know it's difficult for the hardworking people of northern Oklahoma to make the drive down to OKC and we REALLY want you to be involved, so we're hosting our first event in Enid. We'd love for you to come gather with us and other fellow "Fixers" who share you desire to make change in our state. We'll share some information about our organization, our events, and what you can do to become more involved. We'll also invite the state legislators who represent Enid and the surrounding House & Senate districts, in hopes that they will join us so you can meet them, too.

Remember three things: (1) All politics are local, (2) Your legislators can't represent you if you don't talk to them, and (3) Decisions are made by those who show up.

This is where you start, right in your neck of the woods, just by showing up.

Can't wait to meet you all.
