State of the State / 1st Day of Session

  • Oklahoma State Capitol 2300 North Lincoln Boulevard Oklahoma City, OK, 73105 United States (map)

Governor Mary Fallin will deliver the annual "State of the State" address in the House of Representatives chamber on Monday, February 5th. We're assuming it will start around the same time as last year roughly 12-12:30pm. Many groups and Oklahoma dignitaries will be in attendance, so arrive early if you want to get a seat.

This isn't an "offiical" Let's Fix This event, but we'd love to see a whole bunch of red LFT buttons throughout the gallery. (If you don't already have a button, we'll be hanging out on the 4th floor rotunda with a bag of some roughly 30 minutes beforehand. Come find us!)

This will also be the first day of the 2018 state legislative session, so if you're planning to attend, it may be a good opportunity to meet your legislators or at least find their office.

If you cannot attend, the event will be streamed live on okhouse.gov.
